What A View...watch the sunrise over the Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. This new build beach house has not only incredible lagoon views but also has easy walkable beach and pool access. The beach boardwalk and pool are less than 25 yards from the driveway. This gated beachfront community features basketball, tennis/pickle ball court plus a beautiful pool and uncrowded beach. To the west of Laguna Key is Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge so its untouched and pristine white sand dunes have cool walking trails to explore and also some of the best sunsets you'll ever see. The house has parking underneath and stairs to the first floor. Walking into the main living area there is a large island in the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen is a dining room with access to the south-facing patio. Also in this area is a half bath, laundry room, and bedroom with ensuite bath. This south-facing bedroom has a door to the covered patio as well. To the left of the kitchen, you'll find the den with access to the north-facing covered patio and those beautiful views. This floor also features the downstairs primary bedroom with a larger ensuite bath with a tiled shower, double vanities, and a private water closet. The bedroom has a door to the covered patio. Going upstairs you'll walk right into the den/tv/lounge area with a kitchenette. This area is great for watching movies at the end of a long beach day. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. This floor has four bedrooms. Two of them have amazing lagoon views with one being the upstairs Primary and larger ensuite bath. The other lagoon-view bedroom also has an ensuite bath. Both of these bedrooms have doors going out onto the covered patio for those incredible sunsets. The south-facing bedrooms also have private access to the south-facing covered patio for a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico.
